Oh! Herbal Pleasure Pills Review

At Smokin Js, we have been selling alternative herbal products for 14 years.  Over the years there have been a lot of products that just didn't hit the spot.  About 10 months ago we started selling a product called Oh! Herbal Pleasure.  At first I was skeptical because the packaging seemed like yet another boner pill.  However, the feedback has been amazingly consistent and positive.  Maybe the packaging is so lame because picturing the beat of music, the dance of lights, the buz of speakers, the smell of a flower, the touch of your first lover, the feel of trimmed grass under your bare foot, and the Webster's definition of ecstacy would be too hard to pull off on a point of sale package!  But all of that has been the consistent feedback we have received.

Tmo from Smokin Js:  I took my Oh! Herbal Pleasure pills saturday after i got off.  Aafter about an hour, I was in euphoria heaven.  My head was buzzin, my body feeling hella cool, and everything seems different, but pleasently so.   As a first time using Oh! it was so much fun to "observe", how everything seems so much different inna "better way".  It seemed so lovey-huggy and easy to get distracted all in one.  No cotton mouth, nothin' speedy, no after effects, and I went to sleep and woke up normal.   It's like "good golly miss molly" inna pill.  Amazing this shit works as well as it does.  I would put party experience in there too, I like Oh! better than anything else I've tried for parties with wild music, lazer lights, and atmospheric effects.  It's that effective and free from after day headaches, dehydration, and having nasty stuff in your system feeling ...  "no brain oatmeal!"

King George from Smokin Js:  It was fukenamazing for about 4-5 hours, and it won't leave you feeling all Seratonin depleted the next day!!  If you saw me @ Moondreams and Lazerbeams, then you know what's up!!!  Have fun all you Smokin J'ers!!!  See you @ Freaknight!!!

Oh! Herbal Pleasure is only $14.99 for two pills.

Jeff here. One thing I'm into when I'm not working hard for Smokin Js is riding my motorcycle.

I currently ride my '07 Honda CBR 600rr, but I am looking to upgrade within the next few months.

I ride my Honda once or twice a week all year long. Yes, including the winter. Ice on the roads, chill in the air, and my dumb @ss will ride. I am very active in a sports bike club called the High Side Riders. The bike club keeps the wheels turning, the mileage wracked up, and the entertainment flowing. Never a dull moment that's for sure.

The High Side Riders puts on all kinds of events: Poker run across town, bikini bike washes, races on and off the track, cross country road trips, and stunt shows. If you can think of it on two wheels, we probably do it on two wheels. Last year a group of High Side Riders covered almost 1000 miles in a little less than 3 days. We hit the 101 at Long Beach, Washington and traveled all the way down to the tip of California. One of the most memorable stops along the way was the Red Wood National Forest. Once we reached our goal we ripped up I5 all the way home.

This year on Sept 15th we headed to Idaho. 387 miles there, a few around town, and then another 387 miles back. It took us between 6-7 hours of ride time one-way. I Don't care who you are, after 7 straight hours of riding you're ready to get off! My neck, back, and ass were sore, but it is a freedom not many people will get to experience. While in Post Falls, Idaho, the guys and I were lead to the coolest bar I’ve ever been to. Cruisers, "Home of Mini Sturgis", is a bar catered to bikers. There is no parking in front of the bar, only in back. As you pull up to the bar, there is a huge bay door that automatically opens. We followed the traffic paint on the road and the arrows lead us right through the bay door. At this bar, It’s considered bad manners NOT to ride your bike right through the middle of the bar. Follow the road in, and out you go to the other side where the waitresses is ready to take your order. The coolness didn’t stop there! A Black lab was the mascot of the bar. He could do the coolest tricks ever. When he did a trick for you, you were expected to tip him a dollar bill. You reach the dollar out to him and he politely takes it from you, and then goes around to the bar and "Pays" the bartender for a dog biscuit. If you don’t tip him after a trick, he will sit next to you and bark until you do; essentially notifying everyone around you that you’re a cheap ass and didn’t tip the dog. lol. At Cruisers they thought of everything. Instead of graffiti on the walls, they encourage you to make your mark with knives, or permanent markers on there "Visitors fence". So we did. We let them know that the High Side Riders were there and we all signed the fence. Definitely a place worth going to if you’re ever near Post Falls.

People always ask me what my favorite piece is to ride with. I love glass, but I refuse to ride with glass because if I go down, I don't want to pull that out my skin!  I turn to my favorite riding piece, the Monkey Pipe. It's so convenient for riders and is one of the only pieces you can still use while having a full faced helmet on. The tiny pipe is perfect to hide as well because it disappears into your jacket. The Monkey Pipe closes up nice and neat also so scooby snacks and half scorched bowls don't get all over in your pocket. Every rider should have one of these in your saddle bag, tank bag, vest, jacket or poncho.

Smokin Js is biker friendly. Wear your cuts or colors, come on down, and spark up a conversation.

If you love to ride and want to have a great time with a fun group of guys, then come on down and talk to me about the High Side Riders. I work at the Vancouver Smokin Js location during the week, but most Fridays I visit the Centralia Smokin Js also. I normally go by Jeff at work, but MANY in the motorcycle community know me as BullsEye. We are currently working on www.highsideriders.com. We have a Facebook page, show your support and click the like button. We will be posting events and other pictures as time goes on.

Tmo Stands for Inspiration

Hey Now!, my name is Mike (Tmo if you simply have too many Mikes in your life). I am the newest addition to Smokin Js. I've been a long time customer and now I'm on the other side of the counter. It's a huge privilege to work at Smokin Js. The store opened in 1997, the same year I graduated from high school. I was a prime candidate to be a customer for a smoke shop! However, the ARMY started for me that same year, so all my plans for fun went up in smoke;)

I put four years in the service and saw the world in so many different ways. The travel was exciting, and so was deployment. I got out of the ARMY and went to work and school full time. I eventually worked in the solar industry for a decade. I was on top of my goals and personal expectations. By 2009, I was living life to the fullest: Quads, snowboarding, motorcycles, long range shooting, and finding extreme things to put my body & soul to the test.

"Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans." I heard that from my grandpa when I was too young to understand what it meant, but I idolized him so I said it all the time. As much as I said it, I should have spent more time applying it's many meanings to my life. In January of 2010, I was heading on my way to work and noticed that my face was feeling unusual on the right side, and by that night my right arm was feeling the same. I'm not big on doctors so I ignored it, along with a few other symptoms that were weird, but not too alarming; and the symptoms didn't slow me down enough that I had any concern for myself. By March, I could not control my movements. My muscles were going crazy. My eyes, voice, breathing, and ability to walk, were so embarrassing, I rarely left the house.

I had gone through every blood, urine, and scan testing the medical field had to offer. I even had a lumbar puncture done while I was on a five day hospital stay. Many neurologists looked at me with confusion, sympathy, and sometimes disbelief. I couldn't hold a tool in my hand anymore when I finally succumbed to the mysterious monster in me that I had no control over. I was in denial that I was losing my life and had no answers for it. I had swept my symptoms under the rug until I literally couldn't hold on to anything.

In April of that same year, my boss asked me to talk to my doctor about a physical limitations review and a statement saying I could safely continue my work. That never happened. I was on disability just a few short days later. Disability insurance agencies are a nightmare. Social Security is another tough benefit to pick up with all the steps and processes that are involved. That being said, I was out of work for over a year and a half. I had bills to pay and life changes to deal with. I sold all my guns, guitars, skateboard, snowboard, etc. I was still struggling with money, life, and doctors appointments.

That summer finally brought relief for me. OHSU has a great neurology department that took all of my records, tests, and findings. They spent time with me as a "research" patient. I was put through what I felt like was hell, doing a bunch of different movements, and trying repeat things they would do. It seemed like I couldn't do anything they asked me to. I was still having emotional episodes when I would try things that my symptoms would stop me from doing. I was unable to write, use my hands, or even walk, without major shaking, jerking, muscle spasms, and/or contractions. I couldn't even keep a normal looking facial expression, let alone hold my head straight.

After my first appointment at OHSU, they prescribed a Parkinson's Disease medication. It has been very successful for many people with movement disorders like this. Within two days, I knew that the meds were working. It was a sweet and sour feeling finding out what was wrong with me. In one sense I was getting better, but on the other hand, I found out that I have Parkinson's Disease. After all the tests and brain scans, I found out by seeing if a pill would help by random chance. So that was it, I had Parkinson's and I knew it before any doctor did for sure.

So I was looking at early retirement when a little bit of self motivation, and the thought of rotting away in my house, started to make me think of work solutions. The disability company and the great state of Washington were unable to find an educated and experienced person like me a job, "due to my illness". After coming into Smokin Js for some of my usual smoking staples, I couldn't help but think, "This would be my dream job." I submitted my resume. After the usual hiring process, I was welcomed into the Smokin Js family.

So you maybe wondering what the fu@k this blog is actually about. Well I think there's a few different things you could take from this. Maybe this is like one of those lame songs that the band says "it's up to the fans to come up with their own meaning". I can say that opportunities will arise if you make them for yourself. I can also point out that Smokin Js history is so long rooted in this area, that when I graduated from high school, they were a cool place to flex that 18th birthday muscle, and now that I'm in my 30's they are a salvation of employment for me. I'm a bigger fan now than when I came here 14 years ago. Smokin Js means so much to so many people, we try to show that back to you every way we can. Hell I came back out of a sure fire retirement, because I want to be here for you. The last thing I can mention that I learned from my illness, I later read in a Reader's Digest article with Michael J. Fox and noticed he had said the EXACT same thing that it took Parkinson's to teach me. "Acceptance and Gratitude are what I have learned from my illness." I think everyone should learn to accept their current situation, and accept others differences and similarities. Embrace one's uniqueness. Be gracious to everyone all the time. You're never better than anyone else. You aren't entitled to live a life better than anyone else, because in the end it really wont be a choice. When life gives you lemons, make something better than lemon-aid damn it! Never give in.

Briana Loves Her Rope Sandals

If you don't own a pair of these foot pleasing, hand made, adjustable, light weight, vegan, rope sandals then you are missing out my friends!!!

They are constructed with your comfort in mind. Weighing only 10 ounces per pair, our rope sandals are made out of a super soft and incredibly strong reclaimed polypropylene rope (USA made). Our sandals are great for walking anywhere … on the boat or in the canoe, around the house or at the beach, out shopping or relaxing with friends. See how many compliments and questions you receive from them.

The best part about these awesome sandals is that they are super easy to clean. The best way to clean them is to take them to the car wash and then just tie them to the roof or your car for easy drying. Now we know not everyone remembers (or wants) to take their sandals to the car wash, so you can machine wash them along with your regular wash. You can put them in the dryer if you insist, but this is a waste of energy … just lay them out in the warm sunshine. Then there is the lazy cleaning method: put your dry sandals in a zip lock bag, add some baking soda, zip it shut, and stick them in the freezer over-night. They are color fast so they are bleach, chlorine, and salt-water resistant.

Our adjustable style rope sandals are available in Camel, Black and Cafe (brown). If you cant figure out how to adjust them, just mess around with the ankle strap and you will eventually figure it out (duh). We also have a slip on style that is available in the camel color. All styles are only $29.99 and they last forever!! Multiple customers have told me that they have had a pair for 20+ years.

It is a mystery to me how anyone can pass up this great deal and the sheer awesomeness of our rope sandals! Order yourself or a friend a pair today! We have them in stock at SmokinJs.com and all our stores in Washington.

Rope Sandals Come in Euro Sizing:

Ins and Outs of Hookah Charcoals:

Have you just bought a Hookah? Not sure what coals are the best to use? Or are you an avid smoker that’s just looking for the best charcoal options? You've certainly come to the right place!

Smokin Js was the first pipe & Tobacco store in SW Washington to carry hookahs and hookah accessories. Buying charcoals can be confusing because of the different options. We carry the best brands of charcoals in each type category, and this article should help you understand and choose which one is best for you.

Smokin Js carries two different kinds of hookah charcoal: Quick Light and Stove Top Charcoal. If you want quick, easy, simple and convenient then Quick Light charcoals are for you. If you're the hookah connoisseur or just someone who wants the best things in life, then the Stove Top charcoals are for you. We carry a complete selection of these hookah charcoals at each Smokin Js location and are always ready to help you with your decision.

Quick Light Charcoal:

These charcoals are ideal for hookah smokers that want to be able to set up and smoke the hookah with minimal start-up time. By far the most popular and convenient charcoal to use. Quick Lights are great for the new hookah smoker or an outdoor hookah session. Quick Light charcoals are enormously popular due to their high quality and ease of use. Needing only a match or lighter, these coals can be ready for use in under a minute. The Down side to quick lights is quality. Lighting these charcoals will give off an unpleasant smell and smoke so they should always be lit in a well ventilated area or outside. Once lit, the charcoal burns without much noticeable odor or taste; however the heat they give off is not as consistent as a Stove Top charcoal and may leave an ashy mess.

Quick Light charcoals sell for as low as $2.49 for a roll of 10, and they come in different sizes. The smaller Quick Light coals burn for 30-45 minutes. The larger Quick Light coals burn for 1-1.5 hours.

If sacrificing convenience for functionality isn’t an issue for you, and you would prefer the best hookah smoking experience, the Stove Top charcoals might be right for you.

Stove Top Charcoals:

CocoNara Charcoals: One of the best charcoals available for hookah lovers. CocoNara Charcoals are 100% natural made from coconut shell. They burn up to 3x longer than any other charcoal and leave less than 5% in ash. CocoNara Charcoals are easy to light, clean-burning, odorless, and tasteless. Because CocoNara Charcoals are made from coconut shells they are economical & environmentally friendly; not a single tree was cut to make this product!
$6.99 box of 16 charcoal
$24.99 box of 108 charcoal

Al-Ajdad Charcoals: Natural hookah charcoals made in Jordan. These charcoals are “fingered,” meaning they are all of a uniform, triangular shape that can be easily be broken down into smaller pieces for the perfect hookah bowl. Odorless and clean burning, each Al-Ajdad 1000g bag will net you about 50 smoking sessions. Al-Ajdad is one of the BEST "bang for your buck" box of charcoals Smokin Js sells.
$9.99 1000g bag of charcoal

Exotica Charcoals: Exotica is a superior quality charcoal. The Exotica Charcoal not only offers a revolutionary square shape to prevent the coal from rolling off the bowl, but it also promises, "NO odor, NO taste, NO messy ash, NO breakage when heated." Each Exotica Charcoal finger lasts at least 1 hour! It's not a quick-lighting charcoal, so you'll need a constant heat source like a stove and some patience while you wait for it to get started, but your patience will be well rewarded with one of the best smoking sessions you've ever had!
$9.99 1000g box of charcoal

Lighting Stove Top Charcoal:

Lighting the stove top charcoal can be accomplished several different ways. Direct flame is the quickest and easiest way to light any hookah charcoal. Grills, gas stoves, or torches are all quick and convenient. If you plan on using a gas stove, place the charcoal over the direct flame of the burner. If there are dark areas that have not become hot, return the coal to the fire until the charcoal is fully hot and white. You can also heat the coal directly on the coils of an electric stove. This method is obviously slower than direct fire, but only by a couple of minutes. There is no popping of embers flying around or a stinky sulfur smell like the Quick Lights produce. Stove Top Charcoals are the best choice for a hookah connoisseur or someone interested in eliminating all chemicals from the hookah experience.

Vaporizer Options: Choosing a Vaporizer Right for You

It is only natural for smokers to gravitate to Vaporizers. Vaporizing is the healthiest way to smoke. A typical Vaporizer, when used correctly, eliminates 99% of the carcinogenicity from the smoking process. Deciding you want a Vaporizer is easy; figuring out which one is right for you can be overwhelming, but we make it easy at Smokin Js.  We have the best Vaporizers in each type category.

The first thing to think about is where you would like to vaporize. Do you want a Vaporizer for your home? Do you want a portable Vaporizer? This question is the first to answer and possibly the most important. We break our Vaporizers into these two categories:

FOR HOME:

So now you know you want a Vaporizer, and you want one for your house. There are only a few options left to help you decide. Do you want a Vaporizer that fills a bag? Do you want a digital Vaporizer? Some people really like bags; the user can pass it amongst friends easily or set it down and pick it up later without the hassle of going through the vaporization process. Some people think a bag is a silly accessory that only adds frustration and future expense to the process. Some people really like to see the digital temperature read out on the Vaporizer. Some people prefer a manual temperature control. The following is a list of “at home” Vaporizers, a reasonable price quote, and their individual features and drawbacks.

Vapor Tower Deluxe: This is the most affordable high quality “at home” Vaporizer on the market at $169. It has a lifetime warranty. It uses a glass on glass whip connection so that you can use it “hands free”. It has a manual temperature control. Cheaper vapor boxes break down quickly and require the user to hold the glass connection in place. The Vapor Tower also uses physics to its advantage; heat rises, and the vertical glass on glass connection infuses that scientific fact into the vaporization process.

Vapir One 5.0: This is the most affordable high quality digital Vaporizer on the market at $189. Customers new to vaporization gravitate towards the Vapir One 5.0 because it is so versatile. This model fills a bag or draws directly from the unit. It has a digital read-out and controls. The most unique feature of the Vapir One 5.0 is the herb discs that the model uses. Each model comes with several herb discs. You can pre-fill these herb discs so that when one herb disc is spent, you can quickly & easily pop a new one in it and continue vaporizing.

Extreme Q Vaporizer: On price, function, and quality, the Extreme Q is the best digital Vaporizer on the market. Common retail price is $369. The Extreme Q fills a bag or draws directly from the unit. It is made in Canada and comes with a lifetime warranty. This is one of the more versatile Vaporizers on the market because it has so many options and features. One of the best & unique features that users find extremely handy is the remote control feature. One customer said that he thought it was a silly feature, but he quickly found that the remote control became his favorite feature of the Extreme Q.

Herbal Aire H2.1: Smokin Js considers this model to be the best Vaporizer on the market in terms of price, function, and quality. These units sell for around $299. They are made in Canada and come with a two year warranty. The Herbal Aire H2.1 fills a bag or draws directly from the unit. The Herbal Aire is the only Vaporizer on the market that does not require the user to grind their herb before use. The Herbal Aire actually works better without grinding the material. This model has so many more heat jets than a normal Vaporizer, it has been found to be more efficient and easier to use. This model is not digital; it comes with a simple manual temperature control. The one drawback to the Herbal Aire is that it fills a bag slower than its comparable counterparts. If patience isn’t your thing, you can buy an accessory pump for the Herbal Aire H2.1 that actually allows you to fill multiple bags at the same time in less time than the original unit fills one bag.

PORTABLE:

So now you know you want a Vaporizer, and you want a portable unit. There are four high quality models available ranging from simple and inexpensive to complicated and moderately priced.

Vapor Genie: Only $69, this model is the most inexpensive high quality Vaporizer on the market. The largest drawback to this Vaporizer is the fact that the user still needs a lighter. The herb chamber is below a ceramic stone. The user holds the lighter close enough to the ceramic stone to heat it to vaporization temperatures, and yet far enough away that the user doesn’t taste and inhale the butane from the lighter. Some would say this model is not truly a Vaporizer, others would say they love it and you can’t beat the price.

Vape-Or-Smoke: This model is one of the most unique Vaporizers on the market. At $129 it is an affordable high quality entry level model for vaporization. The Vape-Or-Smoke gets its name from the fact that the user can either vaporize or burn the material. It uses a torch lighter within the unit that when set on low, it heats the herb chamber just below the burning temperature. The number one feature of the Vape-Or-Smoke for many customers is the one handed ease of use with the unit. The manufacturer claims, and Smokin Js has verified, this unit is a favorite among motorcycle riders, snowboarders, and the handicapped.

Vapir NO2: At $189, this fully portable Vaporizer is affordable. The unit comes with a 1 year warranty. The NO2 uses a rechargeable battery as its power source. One added feature is that the user can use the power cord not only to recharge the battery, but to also power the unit. The NO2 is digital with an LCD temperature display to give you complete control of the vaporization experience.

Iolite: This model is the most technologically advanced Vaporizer to hit the market in years.  It uses James Bond Spy Technology:)  The model is the most compact Vaporizer on the market, and usually sells for $229. The Iolite actually uses butane gas as the power source for the Vaporizer. It doesn’t burn the gas like a lighter, but instead it converts the gas into a power source and leaches water as a byproduct. Customers have recounted stories of using the Iolite in hospitals and grocery stores. This model comes with a 2 year warranty. Iolite recommend owners to use the highest quality butane available. Smokin Js sells and recommends Vector butane filtered 5 times.

If you have any questions regarding Vaporizers, call Briana at 360-423-1090 or Jeff at 360-693-7010. They will be happy to help you with your decision.
